Sigurado ka na ba sa decision mo na makasal?
Ito po ay sa Makamah or Court Marriage sa Ministry of Justice. Para sa mga muslim at balik-islam na ofw na gustong magpakasal.

Ito ang paraan kung paano:

(Expect na baka hindi tanggapin sa pupuntahan natin na branch pero wag magaalala dahil sasabihin nila kung saan branch kayo pwede pumunta)
Bukas po Sunday to Thursday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Requirements:

Original iqama for bride & groom, wali, and 2 witnesses mula sa side ng lalaki.

STEP 1: Magfill up ng form online. *Ito ay nasa wikang Arabic*. Kaya mainam na bumisita nalang sa kahit saan na branch nila, meron doon magfifill up ng form. Dalhin ang mga iqama sa counter upang magawan ng form.

Ano ang nasa form?
Detalye tungkol sa bride, groom, wali at 2 witness
Magkano o ano ang mahr para sa bride
Condition ng kasal (halimbawa: gusto magtapos muna sa pagaaral ang bride, o kahit anong gusto nais niya)

STEP 2: Matapos mabigyan ng form, maari ng dumiretso sa waiting area, hintayin matawag.
Mga 15-30 minutes ang paghihintay.

STEP 3: Magpunta sa opisina ng sheikh/judge.
Dito na magsisimula ang seremonya ng pagiisa ng mag asawa.
Ito ang mga scenario:
Tatanungin ang bride kung ang kasal ay labag sa puso niya at kung walang namimilit sa kanya na magpakasal (Dahil bawal sa islam ang sapilitan na pagkakaisa) At kung ano ang gusto niyang condition sa kasal.
Tatanungin ang wali kung siya ay payag na ipakasal ang bride. (hindi valid ang kasal kung walang wali)
May babasahin na verses ang sheikh sa Holy Quran na kailangan banggitin din ng Wali at Groom.
Matapos mabigkas ang mga verses.
Papapirmahin ang bride at groom. Matapos makapirma ay opisyal ng kasal ang magasawa. Iaannounce ulit ito ng sheikh.
Bibigyan ng tig isang kopya ang bride at groom.

Ganon lamang kasimple. Kung hindi marunong mag-arabic wag mag alala dahil may translator sa loob ng opisina.

Matapos matanggap ang marriage certificate, huwag kalimutan ipastamp pa ulit ito mismo sa court. Pagkatapos ay dalhin ito sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs para ma-authenticate.
At sa ating embahada para iparegister sa Pilipinas.

Mga dapat malaman:

Hindi pwedeng pumasok sa opisina ang nanay o sino pang kamaganak o kaibigan sa makamah habang magkakasal.
Bawal magdala ng matatalim na bagay at salamin.
Magsuot ng niqab.
Kung ang bride ay under ng kumpanya, kailangan humingi ng sulat mula sa kumpanya.
Ang mahr ay hindi dowry. Ang mahr ay para sa bride lamang at hindi sa pamilya ng bride.
Wala pong exchange ng singsing o paghalik sa bride.
Libre ang kasal, may dala lang ng cash para sa marriage form.

Paano magpa authenticate sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Step 1: Bayaran ito online. O kaya naman ay sa labas ng foreign affairs ay maari itong bayaran, may makikitang offices sa tapat ng foreign affairs.

Online banking > Government > Civil > Marriage

Step 2: Dalhin ang resibo, marriage certificate, kopya ng iqama

Step 3: Kumuha ng number, hintayin matawag, ipasa sa counter. Ilang sandali lang ay processed na ito.

Important:

This should be typewritten when brought to the Embassy.Marriages solemnized outside the Philippine Embassy by Shari’a Courts or other Foreign Embassies could be registered at the National Statistics Office (NSO) through the Philippine Embassy.

Requirements:

Duly accomplished Report of Marriage Form (FSC 75-94); (4 copies)
Original and four (4) copies of Marriage Certificate authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs with English Translation;
Passport copies of the spouses; (4-copies each, data page only).
Certificate of conversion to Islam (for Muslim converts) with English translation (4-copies)
For divorced obtained by the foreign spouse - submit the Philippine judicial recognition of a foreign-issued absolute divorce decree.
For Annulled or Widowed Applicants - submit the Judicial Decree of Annulment or Declaration of nullity of his/her previous marriage or Death Certificate of former spouse.


Payment of SR100.00 - Report of Marriage
SR100.00 - Attestation


STEP 1

Apply for attestation of your marriage certificate with authentication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi at Window 3.
Submit the original and a photocopy of the Arabic and English translation of Marriage Certificate.
Pay the attestation fee of SR100 at Window 6.


STEP 2

With your Marriage Certificate with Philippine Embassy attestation:Properly fill up the Report of Marriage Form (ROM), which can be downloaded from the website or obtained at the Consular Section.
Submit four (4) sets of the requirements together with the original marriage certificate at window 4 for processing and evaluation.
Applicants will be informed when to get their own copy of the processed ROM.
Pay the required fee/s at the cashier.


Magdala na lang po tayo ng cash. Siguraduhin din po na kumpleto ang dokumento at napirmahan ang form.
