Tips for baby vaccination

*First time mom*

I know we are all scared and don't like the idea of someone pinning those needles to our little ones. But we have to keep in mind that those needles can save our babies from different viruses, polio disease and more...

Okay here is the tip from my experience:

1. Forget the style and go on the comfortable ones

Let your baby wear something loose, light, comfortable and easy to wear. Those shots will go unto both of their thighs so you don't want something bothering it. Make it easy for your baby too.

2. Make sure your baby is full

Feed your baby before vaccination because they will be giving some oral drops which means you are not allowed to feed her for the next 30 mins to 1 hour.

****most important tip of all****

3. Be by her side

Always be there for your baby. Even if you think you can't manage to see your baby being pinned by, then you have to be strong for your baby and be the source of her strength. Our babies feel more safe when we are around.

4.  Don't forget the toys

Bring something to distract her, make her busy. By handing some teethers, toys, pacifier or anything your baby loves.

5.  The medicine

Buy some paracetamol for your baby ahead!! because it's normal that your baby will catch some fever. Make it easy for your baby and choose the ones with flavored.

That's it. You and your baby will be fine. in sha Allah!!
