How to save money abroad?
1. Avoid buying unnecessary stuff
You don't have to buy things that you don't need! Even if it's on sale! Sale is your enemy!! Sale will lure you to unnecessary stuff. Imagine buying another pair of shoes yet you still have some good pairs of shoes or buying tons of shirt yet you don't wear them or buying things just because you liked it, well you don't have to buy it. Think twice thrice! You don't need them! Later on these materials will just be useless and old. Don't invest on these things!
2. Eating out
It's never bad to treat yourself, go ahead and feed yourself. But, eating out can be your major expenses too. Food is one big expenses! You're abroad of course you want to explore the flavors. Just minimize your eating out venture.
3. Buy gold gold gold
Especially if you are in Saudi Arabia take the advantage of buying gold, I don't know if you agree with me but Saudi gold are like the best. The value of gold never gets old, it gets higher by time. So better stack up on golds.
4. Bank account
Have a bank account in your country and deposit every month any amount from your extra money. Yes sometimes it's hard to commit but try saving whatever is left in your hand and make sure you deposit at least every month. This kind of bank account is safe from being use because you cannot withdraw the money unless you are in your country, so this is not your emergency fund but your savings account.
5. Piggy bank
Classic but it works! Skip the amount just save whatever extra money you have do it every month and count it by the end of the year. You'll be surprised!
